Receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Oh no! Inspect your order upon arrival and get in touch with us immediately atinfo@equidae.com.au. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, whether that means a replacement, refund, or exchange.
We hope you understand that these items are non-returnable.
Want to swap your product for something else? The fastest way is to return the original item (after it’s approved), and make a separate purchase for the replacement.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or credit card provider to handle the transaction.
Subscribed for recurring shipments by accident? Don’t worry—it happens! You can easily adjust the frequency or cancel anytime via our customer portal on the homepage. Or, email us atinfo@equidae.com.au, and we’ll help sort it out for you. And please know it is impossible for us to create a reoccurring order for you unless you request it via email.
