RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:


Your satisfaction is important to us!  

 

We have a 21-Day return policy.  If you changed your mind or received the incorrect product with your Equidae Botanical Horse Care online purchase or it arrived damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange.  

 

Returned products must be received unopened/unused and in reasonable condition.

 

Prior to returning your product or item(s), please e-mail us your order number and the reason for your return request.

 

We’re sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days or receipt.

Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via standard service.  Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped.  Business days are from Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.  Once received we will send an e-mail confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for Equidae Botanical Horse Care products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on www.equidae.com.au may be returned for a refund.
