Returns Policy
At Equidae Botanicals, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We genuinely hope you and your horse love every product, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s completely okay.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please email us at before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
How the Returns Process Works
- Email us at and let us know what’s happened — whether the colour wasn’t quite right, you ordered the wrong product, or circumstances have changed.
- Our team will reply with the next steps and confirm whether your item meets the criteria for a return or exchange.

- Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost where applicable.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been finalised.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible at with clear photos of the damage or issue so our team can assess it promptly.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers can take several business days to finalise the transaction.
