Deliveries Within Australia
We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic (Australia only)for orders over $120.00 & capped shipping of $9.95 within Australia. Shipping will be calculated via weight of the total order parcel.
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses is subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel to the correct delivery address.

Deliveries Outside Australia
We currently have varied rates on all international orders. They are based on weight and area travelling to.
There may be additional customs or local clearance charges that are applicable to the destination country. Please check your customs broker or agent for details of these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to check for their respective countries prohibited items and whether or not such items will likely be cleared by their Customs Authority.
For delivery times, please contact us before placing an order. From time to time, parcels may be held up by your local Customs Department. We have no way of knowing how long your parcel will be held up - allow for a certain amount of Customs Clearance time in your shipping estimation.

International orders are fulfilled through Australia Post International with an estimated shipping time of 21-35 days. Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Equidae Botanical Horse Care or Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Equidae Botanicals is not responsible for an order once Australia Post or any other courier service has marked it as "Delivered”.
To ensure your delivery arrives at the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics, especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based upon the value of your order, the weight of your order and the destination of your order. Once you have your order completed in your shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available to you and how much they cost.
International shipping is not included in our free shipping over $120 offer, this offer is for an Australia delivery address only.
Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.
If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
Equidae Botanicals is not responsible for the return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.
CANCELLATIONS
Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are can be applied for once we provide confirmation.
