Excellent item. This gel is very helpful for my pony's summer allergy. It calms and cools.
I used the Aloe Gel this afternoon on my horses shoulder where her rug rubbed causing a dry burn - after I applied it Athena it looked a lot better and Athena seemed soothed and a lot more comfortable! Definitely a good product to keep for those common occurrences where your horse might have an irritated spot and needs relief from the pain/itchiness.

I had a warmblood mare arrive with me who in the following weeks became very itchy. She scratched out most of her mane and tail, and there was no sign of her stopping. Her skin became very sensitive and some products I tried seemed to make it worse! A friend gave me some of this amazing product to try and I am certain it saved me a vet visit because I was at a loss and at my wits end. Three months on and her mane and tail are now growing back. I can touch her crest area without her shying away from me, and I can no longer see right down to her skin. I can't even remember the last time I saw her scratching! Recently I have been using the last of it on my gelding who has had a huge reaction to biting bugs this summer, and it definitely eases his itching. Again the Soothing and Calm Aloe Vera Gel was a last resort, after a vet visit that misdiagnosed the issue and ended with my boy getting medication that didn't help him. This product has been a godsend and I now wouldn't be without it, so will definitely be purchasing once this lot runs out.
