💧 How to Use the CALM Roller

For Riders:

Apply a small clockwise circle to the inside of your wrists
Inhale deeply from your wrists or directly from the roller
Use as part of your daily self-care, during moments of stress or before riding to promote calm and connection, or for post-ride relaxation.

For Horses:

We recommend using the Endorphin Release Points method to support relaxation and positive response.

Step-by-Step:

Begin by offering the roller for inhalation - Gently present the open roller bottle to your horse and allow them to inhale.
Observe your horse’s response and only proceed if they show positive interest. Signs of interest may include sniffing, licking, staying present and softening their posture or eyes, lowering their head, or continuing to engage with the scent.
If your horse is receptive, apply a small clockwise circle to any of the following Endorphin Release Points: Jowls (both sides), base of ears (followed by a gentle brush with the back of your hand), above the eye, in front of the withers, poll (both sides), top of tail dock. Next, gently massage the area with your ring finger in a clockwise motion.
Use Move Buttons (Optional): Using the back of your hand, apply gentle pressure to these areas to encourage movement and energy flow.

✨ Use sparingly. One circle per point is enough - horses have an exceptionally sensitive sense of smell. Always apply with calm, intentional energy and never force use.

💡 Note: Always observe your horse’s body language. Never force application. If your horse turns away, shows irritation, or appears stressed, discontinue use.
